1. Welcome to our website, www.kidspace.ch (“Website”). The Website is provided by Kidspace (“we”, “us”, “our”). “You” and “your” refer to the user of our Website.
2. The Website primarily serves two functions:
   1. Summarizing information and providing a central booking platform for selected third-party providers of goods and services who wish to offer their goods and services for sale through our Website (“Partners”); and
   2. Providing general information regarding children’s activities.
3. We have established the terms under which we grant you access to our Website and any products and services we offer through our Website. These include, among others, terms governing:

3. Security of Password and Account

We will investigate any suspected unauthorized account activity. Regardless of any other conditions regarding our right to deactivate or block access to your account, we reserve the right to deactivate or block your account at any time if unauthorized access to your account is suspected.
4. Misuse of Our Website
   1. You must not misuse our Website by:
   2. Introducing knowingly viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, time bombs, keyloggers, spyware, adware, or other materials, programs, or codes that are designed to interfere with the operation of computer software or hardware; and/or
   3. Gaining or attempting to gain unauthorized access to the server on which our Website is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to our Website; and/or

6. Posting User-Generated Content
   1. Where the Website functionality allows, Users or other Website visitors who log into a social media account via widgets or interfaces on or outside the Website may post user-generated content (“UGC”) on the Website.
   2. UGC posted will be attributed to the username you provide or the username of the social media account you log in with, but we will not publish your email address on the Website.
   3. We reserve the right to refuse to publish (or remove without notice) UGC that does not comply with our User-Generated Content Policy. We are not liable for any losses or damages of any kind resulting from decisions to refuse to publish UGC (or to remove it after publication).
   4. We have no obligation to respond to any UGC, and we reserve the right to review, refuse to publish, or remove without notice any UGC (in whole or in part) from the Website.
7. Liability and Indemnity
   1. We do not guarantee that our Website will be free from bugs or viruses or uninterrupted. 10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
11. These Website Terms of Use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland.
12. The Swiss courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our Website, although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country.
