Please read these terms and policies carefully before using our website and before booking goods or services from third parties through our website. We recommend printing a copy of these terms for future reference.
By using our website, you confirm that you agree to these terms and policies and commit to comply with them, whether or not you choose to register with us. If you do not agree to these terms and policies, you may not use our website in any way.
- Welcome to our website, www.kidspace.ch (“Website”). The Website is provided by Kidspace (“we”, “us”, “our”). “You” and “your” refer to the user of our Website.
- The Website primarily serves two functions:
- Summarizing information and providing a central booking platform for selected third-party providers of goods and services who wish to offer their goods and services for sale through our Website (“Partners”); and
- Providing general information regarding children’s activities.
- We have established the terms under which we grant you access to our Website and any products and services we offer through our Website. These include, among others, terms governing:
- Your rights to use our Website and to link to it (our “Website Terms of Use”);
- How we use and protect information about you (our “Privacy and Cookie Policy”);
- Our booking conditions concerning products or services of third parties offered on the Website to customers (our “Booking Conditions”); and
- Your obligations when uploading comments or other contributions and content to our Website (our “User-Generated Content Policy”) (together or individually, these are also referred to as our “Terms and Policies”).
- Please note that the Terms and Policies do not govern the relationship between Kidspace and our Partners. If you are already a Partner, please refer to the “Partner Terms” provided to you upon registration. If you are not yet a Partner but wish to apply to become one of our Partners, please consult www.Kidspace.ch/business-info/welcome/.
- If you participate in competitions or other promotions on the Website, additional terms may apply in addition to our Terms and Policies. In case of conflict between any additional terms and our Terms and Policies, the relevant additional terms shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.
- We may change our Terms and Policies from time to time, and in such cases, current versions of the applicable Terms and Policies will be available on the Website. You should review these Terms and Policies regularly to ensure you agree to any changes. Any changes to the Terms and Policies will be deemed accepted by you after you have been informed of the changes on our Website and/or if you continue to access or use the Website where you can read the updated Terms and Policies.
